Step 4 · Drug Input

Note: You can calculate it based on the molar ratio or encapsulation ratio. For example, molar ratio: POPC:drug=10:1 equals number ratio: POPC:drug=2000:200. Often two turns help: first determine lipid numbers, then drug numbers.

Step 5 · Model Conditions

Note: Model generation ~1–2 minutes. Model simulation requires more than 1 hour (depends on radius).
